When I put in for a supervisor position i was Told that I’d have to basically take a $5000 a year pay cut to start out as a supervisor as they would not be able to match what i was making with my current overtime!
 
What’s wrong with this friggin’ picture? This multi billion dollar per quarter company wants me to take a pay cut to work the same amount or more hours and eventually I’ll be able to make more than I do now. Well that doesn’t get the bills paid now.
 
This kind of BULLSH*T exists everywhere in Corporate America. This Huge company last year gave us a T- shirt last year as a Christmas bonus and a travel bag with a mini bottle of shampoo, hand cream and hand sanitizer. Corporate America could care less whether you live or die.
 
Many are in constant danger of a layoff. When you are at the point where you’ve seen the truth, I have faith that you will take action like I have to change your life for the better.
